Noble Energy, Inc. Pipeline Compliance Coordinator in Greeley, Colorado
The Pipeline Compliance Coordinator will support our Noble Midstream assets.
Maintain Operator Qualified Personnel, Internal and Contractor
Attend, Schedule Public Awareness, Government Liaison Meetings
Complete and submit all required Federal and State pipeline compliance reports.
Creates and maintains schedules and tasks for Pipeline Compliance
Maintain Pipeline compliance programs (Operator Qualification, O&M;, Control Room Management, etc)
Provide updates and/or reports to management regarding status of assessment findings, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
Develop and/or revise procedures and forms consistent with DOT Parts 190 - 199 requirements.
Assist with Pipeline Integrity Management
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in environmental or Occupational Safety and Health or other related field
Typically requires 6 years of experience in EHS
OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 3 years of additional equivalent experience.
Three years of oil and gas experience preferred
Knowledge of OSHA, BLM, RCC, COGCC, PUC, and other applicable pipeline regulatory requirements.
Colorado and/or Texas DOT experience preferred.
30% travel to Texas
