Noble Energy, Inc. Pipeline Compliance Coordinator in Greeley, Colorado

The Pipeline Compliance Coordinator will support our Noble Midstream assets.

Detailed Description

  • Maintain Operator Qualified Personnel, Internal and Contractor

  • Attend, Schedule Public Awareness, Government Liaison Meetings

  • Complete and submit all required Federal and State pipeline compliance reports.

  • Creates and maintains schedules and tasks for Pipeline Compliance

  • Maintain Pipeline compliance programs (Operator Qualification, O&M;, Control Room Management, etc)

  • Provide updates and/or reports to management regarding status of assessment findings, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

  • Develop and/or revise procedures and forms consistent with DOT Parts 190 - 199 requirements.

  • Assist with Pipeline Integrity Management

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in environmental or Occupational Safety and Health or other related field

  • Typically requires 6 years of experience in EHS

  • OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 3 years of additional equivalent experience.

  • Three years of oil and gas experience preferred

  • Knowledge of OSHA, BLM, RCC, COGCC, PUC, and other applicable pipeline regulatory requirements.

  • Colorado and/or Texas DOT experience preferred.

  • 30% travel to Texas
